How do I book with Asheville City Rentals?
Booking your stay with Asheville City Rentals is simple! Use the booking widget to choose your preferred dates and submit an inquiry to our reservation team for a seamless experience.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
The minimum stay requirement depends on the season. Please choose your dates to see the minimum stay requirements.
Do I need to sign an online agreement?
Yes, after the booking, you will be required to sign an online agreement before the house details will be shared.
Is there a security deposit associated?
Yes, the reservation requires a $500 security deposit. After your check-out, the security deposit is released based on the condition on the house.
Can I make changes to my booking?
Yes, you can make changes to your booking depending on availability. Contact us for assistance with modifications.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as bank transfers for certain bookings.
Cancellation Policy
What is your cancellation policy?
- You will receive a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
- You can get a full refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll be refunded 50% for all nights you booked.

What happens if I need to cancel my reservation?
If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. Refund eligibility will depend on the terms of our cancellation policy and the timing of your cancellation.

Are we allowed to bring our pets?
We permit 2 non-shedding dogs under 50lbs each that are well trained, well-groomed & have trimmed nails. Cats and other animals are not permitted. Due to our insurance, dogs are restricted by breed so the following breeds are not allowed on property:
Akida, Armenian Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Doberman, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, any Wolf hybrid. Unauthorized pets may result in eviction.
Any dog that has a mixed background of any of the prohibited breeds cannot be on the property. Any animal that has a bite history must receive prior approval from our insurance carrier before the animal is allowed in our house.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside the home and on the grounds where our property is located.
Do you offer discounts for longer stays?
Yes, we offer discounts for stays longer than 15 days. Please contact us for more details.
What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in time is 4:00pm and checkout time is 10:00am. There may be a chance of early check-in or late checkout depending on whether there’s another guest before or after your stay. Please contact us to inquire.
Is the house accessible for individuals with disabilities?
The front of the house has a few steps. So, that may not work for individuals with disabilities but the side garage door has one step that has been useful for people with folks who have trouble climbing multiple stairs.
